Acceptance of Conditions
Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Promotional Period and Method of Entry
The Promoter of this competition is Salt & Tonic Ltd.
To qualify to enter into the prize draw, simply go to www.surveytonic.co.nz and complete the survey including entering your email address. By providing your details to Salt & Tonic, you will be signed up to an email database which may be used for further Salt & Tonic surveys, promotions and competitions.
Once you register your email, you will be eligible to win a prize. Entry into the competition is automatic, provided that you remain signed up to receive emails from Salt & Tonic. Entrants will only be eligible for one entry into the prize draw per questionnaire.
Prizes and Conditions
Every time Salt & Tonic runs a competition, entrants can win a prize that is detailed for that event, provided sufficient conditions are met. Such conditions will be detailed on the form, or determined by questions asked by the questionnaire.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.
Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, Salt & Tonic is not responsible or liable for any loss suffered by any entrant in the event that a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. In this event, Salt & Tonic may substitute a prize of its choice.
Winners will be notified by Salt & Tonic once a prize draw has been made using the email address supplied in the questionnaire.
In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of a prize draw occurring or if Salt & Tonic determines that a winner is not eligible to win a prize, a further draw will be made by Salt & Tonic and the prize allocated to the new winner.
Salt & Tonic is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period following the draw due to incorrect or out of date contact details being recorded in the online form. You may update your information at any time by contacting Salt & Tonic using the details on the Salt & Tonic website.
To be eligible to win any prize you must:
(a) have registered a current email address;
(b) be aged 15 years or over;
(c) not be a current employee of Bike Culture, Rotorua Trails Trust, Salt & Tonic Ltd;
(d) remain registered to receive emails from Salt & Tonic; and
(e) be a New Zealand resident at the date of a prize draw.
If you are a winner, you consent to Salt & Tonic’s use of your name, address and image for publicity and promotional purposes (including the display of your name in store) and you agree to make yourself available for publicity photographs.
Neither Salt & Tonic nor any other person or party associated with this competition shall be liable for:
(a) any loss or damage whatsoever incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss and including loss caused by negligence) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this competition or the use or acceptance of any prize offered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law;
(b) errors resulting from computer hardware, software or telecommunications errors or failure; and/or
(c) fraudulent entry into or participation in this competition.
In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of Salt & Tonic will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by Salt & Tonic will be entered into.
While every endeavour has been made to supply accurate information, errors and omissions may occur. Accordingly, Salt & Tonic does not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, contained on or accessed through our website.
Material that you see on this web site may be protected by copyright, trade mark, patent or other protections, even if it is not stated to be.

We may need to obtain personal information from you in the course of providing some of the services or content of the Site to you. Personal information is any information about you that identifies you, or by which your identity can reasonably be ascertained. All entries remain the property of Salt & Tonic. All information will be collected and stored by Salt & Tonic in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
Salt & Tonic may use entrants’ email addresses for further Salt & Tonic surveys, promotions and competitions. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their emails for this purpose. Entrants may unsubscribe from receiving future emails at any stage.
